The Ambush and Murder of LaVoy Finicum: The Shot Not Yet Heard Around the World

On January 26th, 54 year old Robert 'LaVoy' Finicum was shot dead by American law enforcement at a joint Oregon State Police/FBI road block on the side of a remote highway in Harney County, Oregon. The media has covered up the truth about this shooting, and is now attempting to hide it by burying the story.

The Two Stories

So, who is the liar here - three eyewitnesses, or the FBI & the mass media which keeps changing their story?

I have been following this story very closely from the evening it happened until now. It has not been an easy task attempting to uncover the truth about this shooting. I have spent hours looking at the evidence as it becomes available, and have come to my conclusions based on the available facts. The only evidence released by the authorities as of now is FBI video surveillance drone footage, without audio. No audio, photo, or any other video footage has been released. If the official story were the truth, then the release of any such evidence would quickly put to rest all the “conspiracy theories” that LaVoy was murdered in cold blood with his hands in the air, but as of two weeks since the shooting nothing more has yet been released by the authorities.

There are two clear and concise non-contradictory eyewitness accounts of the murder (Victoria Sharp and Shawna Cox) whose statements are corroborated by a third witness account (Ammon Bundy) as well as the FBI video drone footage. The video footage, though at a bad angle, actually helps validate Victoria's testimony, as does Shawna's later testimony, but the media ignores the only eyewitnesses and has effectively discredited Victoria's testimony. The media has also lied about the character and intentions of these men and continues to slander them when they are not busy ignoring the story all-together.

The OSP/FBI had a very strong and clear motive to kill LaVoy and to keep the men in those vehicles from reaching the meeting they were headed to, and that is exactly what they accomplished. According to the witnesses, it was a setup and an ambush, but the media is reporting that it was a “traffic stop” despite the fact that traffic stops do not involve road blocks which take time and planning to setup. There were over 100 rounds fired, all by the authorities, and yet they are reporting that only three shots were fired, that it was a “shoot out” and that “it is unclear who fired first”. The eyewitnesses testify that no one in the vehicle ever even touched their weapon, nor were there any rifles in the truck as they were not “heavily armed”.

At the time of the shooting, these men and women were on the way to a meeting in the town of John Day in neighboring Grant County where approximately 200-400 locals were waiting to hear LaVoy, Ammon, the local rancher who organized the meeting, and Grant County Sheriff Palmer speak. Through the message spread by LaVoy and Ammon, too many people were beginning to become aware of the unconstitutional nature of federal land “ownership” within the several states, the unlawful practices of the BLM in regards to land management in the west, and the widespread corruption within the U.S. Court system highlighted by the injustices done against the Hammond family in Harney County, Oregon. The authorities were beginning to fear the people, and they needed to put an end to their corruption & evil deeds being exposed.

According to Koine 6 News, “Oregon’s US senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley...met with FBI Director James Comey” on the day before the shooting, where “Wyden said the standoff was “a situation where the virus was spreading,” and action needed to be taken.” This “virus” is truth in the hands of Americans - the message of freedom and justice LaVoy died for. Oregon Governor Kate Brown “said she has complained to the Justice Department and White House. "Federal authorities must move quickly to end the occupation and hold all of the wrongdoers accountable," Brown said. "The spectacle of lawlessness must end."

But the true spectacle of lawlessness was seen in the actions of the OSP & FBI in their ambush and murder of LaVoy Finicum set into motion by the demands of governor Kate Brown & senator Ron Wyden, as well as in the unlawful and unjust actions of the U.S. (In)justice system against the Hammonds; while the true virus in this country is not liberty, truth and dissent, but the rampant corruption permeating the courts like a cancer which has spread to every part of the body. It is also worth noting that it is well-documented by the media that governor Kate Brown had spoken with president Obama at a meeting about three months before the ambush, where USA Today reported that, “After meeting with those directly affected, Obama told the governor that if there were anything he could do to help at the federal level, he would do it.” 

 At least two local witnesses also testify to these facts as the motive for a pre-planned ambush and murder. The local rancher who organized the meeting said that “They were scared to death of them speaking at my meeting,...and the people need to know the truth about this. … It's evident that the government is scared to death that the people are going to understand what their rights are”. Sheriff Palmer commented: “FBI and OSP know me…and they know I wouldn’t have allowed” their operation which “is why I think they did it in Harney County. I believe they also did this to keep them from getting a tentacle into this county and from spreading as they were getting traction and momentum.” (Recovered 1/28/2016 in text message records published from a screen shot of Palmer's iPhone)

The government had a clear motive to kill LaVoy as he was the de facto spokesman of the group, he was effective, and he didn't fear the corrupt and evil men in power. History repeats itself, and I see this as a timeless truth shown throughout history, that those who stand up and speak truth to corrupt and powerful men naturally tend to become murder targets of these same evil men.

All this evidence points to the conclusion that this was not simply an unjustified killing but a pre-planned murder. That the media is going to such lengths to cover up the truth also points to that conclusion. This is about the truth: Not only the truth about Finicum's death, but the truth that our government will stop at nothing - not even the murder of an unarmed peaceful man - to ensure that the truth regarding their evil, their tyranny, their corruption and their widespread deceit does not get exposed.

The outcome depends on whether Americans decide to stand up for freedom and justice and demand the truth, or whether they will continue to blindly believe the lies as they are silently led into slavery.

The Second American Revolution has already begun. Not only is an innocent man dead, but about eight others are sitting in jail being denied bail on the basis that they are “flight risks” and “a danger to the public”, and are facing up to six years in federal prison for standing up against tyranny and injustice. In total, sixteen Americans have now been indicted, including Shawna Cox and four others who were still camping at the refuge until they peacefully surrendered, and are now too in jail. Dwight and Steven Hammond are currently serving five year prison sentences for “terrorism”, for a harmless “crime” to which they have already served the original prison time initially prescribed by the judge. These are but a few of the thousands of victims of this corrupt system, but their voice has been heard.

Justice is not being served, corruption within the U.S. (In)justice system continues to run rampant, and tyranny marches on. The First American Revolution began with “the shot heard 'round the world”. This time, that shot was not heard around the world, and if we do nothing it never will be. It is now up to the American people as to which voice will prevail - mass deception, or the truth?
